Psoriasis Flare Up Pack

If you are experiencing a flare of your psoriasis, this flare up pack will help to lock in as much moisture as possible and help to get on top of it quickly so that it does not advance.

Changing up your routine at home quickly using the Psoriasis Flare Up Pack is essential to getting on top of things quickly, as well as using your prescription topical medications early.

Go early and go well so that your psoriasis flare does not progress.

Bath oil - soak in a tepid (not hot!) bath each day, with the bath oil infused in the water. Remain for approx 5-10mins for best soothing effects.

Moisturising Ointment - Use this thick jelly consistency ointment multiple times throughout the day if possible (at night at a minimum) to help keep your broken cells intact, protected your skin and lock in the moisture.

Continue to use your niacinamide rich wash and moisturiser from our essentials pack wash and moisturise your body. Please do not use wash and moisturiser products that are going to dry your skin out.
